Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. announced today it can now provide clients with runway analysis services through a partnership with industry leader Aircraft Performance Group (APG).

“Our charter operators have requested Universal offer runway analysis services. We are now pleased to be able to provide those services with the support of an established and respected partner in APG,” said Randy Stephens, Universal – Director of Product Management. “Universal clients will now have access to APG’s takeoff, landing performance and runway obstruction data 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week as part of the flight planning process. As an additional bonus, all billing for runway analysis services will be included on one comprehensive Universal invoice.”

The Federal Aviation Administration requires charter operators to perform a runway analysis to remain in compliance. APG provides runway analysis, take-off and landing performance data, and runway obstruction data, adhering to FAA, CASA, or JAR-OPS requirements on a worldwide platform.

APG will hold a “Runway Analysis Seminar” Wednesday, September 26th, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in Room 3.
